The idea of the program is that for the first time an effective strategy for the development of Kazakhstan’s regional potential will be developed on the basis of a comprehensive study of regional differentiation of the level of socio-cultural and economic indicators, and a Roadmap for overcoming regional disparities, a model of a new regional policy and development scenarios will be developed.
