Participant Overview
Mardenova Leila is a doctoral student (2021-2024) at Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University of International Business. She participated in the project from UNICEF & KazNU Al-Farabi TechnoPark in the creation of nanosatellites only by girls to launch into the lower Earth orbit and popularize STEM education among women in Central Asia. In 2019, she studied in South Korea, at the Solbridge School of Business, at the WooSong University under the MBA program; in 2022, in Italy at the University of Insubria. Currently, she is studying the choice of specialty and university by students (Generation Z) to reduce the gap between the shortage of personnel and the choice of specialization of students.
